First I contacted Terry while he was on another job, he made an appointment for the following morning and arrived prior to the scheduled appointment, accessed my situation, talked me through the available options and made an appointment to get the work done, which was the following morning. Again he arrived prior to the scheduled time, and completed the task in a timely fashion. I was especially taken by the professionalism i.e. Paperwork, pictures and overall attention to detail. My garage roof was leaking and when I called one roofer, he said he was terribly busy, but recommended Terry, who had once worked for him. He had only "good" to say about this young man. It was suppose to rain again, and just thought I would give Terry a call. He was actually getting ready for church, but said he still had a few minutes and didn't live too far away, so he could come right up. He was at my house in 15 min., checked everything out, and knew right away what he needed to do. He was at my house in two days, had gotten everything he needed, and finished in no time. My roof has not leaked since, and he said if it did, to call him right away, and he'd be back. This young man is so polite and professional, I would recommend him to anyone, and I have, if they ever need roofing repair.

With all the roofing contractors out there, I had no idea where to start. A friend recommended Terry. He was a pleasure to work with from the very first phone call. He had a quote with tons of pictures ready in less than a day. His quote was much less than I expected. He explained everything completely and did exactly what he promised. I can not imagine having anything go more smoothly. The roof turned out gorgeous. I could not be happier. I highly recommend him - you will not be disappointed.

Terry and his crew were amazing! We contacted him on Saturday morning, and we had an estimate waiting for us the following day. The estimate was very fair and every single thing was itemized out, down to ever single box of nails. Terry and his crew were very easy to work with, the took great care of our house/yard, and they cleaned everything up when they were done, even throughout our landscaping. Great service...Terry and his crew did an excellent job. Very competitive pricing. Also, the clean up was great, with small kids, i was worried but I couldnt find any fallen nails on the floor all around the house. Very professional with friendly service. I know if there is ever a problem, Terry will come and fix it right away..Simply the Best.
