Step 1: Call Alpha & Omega Roofing, LLC

Step 2: If we find damage, let us work with your insurance company. Contact your insurance company to file a claim. Tell them your contractor is Alpha & Omega Roofing, LLC.

Step 3:Alpha & Omega Roofing, LLC and your insurance adjuster will discuss covered damages and come to a verbal agreement.

Step 4: The adjuster will send you paperwork with what damages are covered. Forward any paperwork to Alpha & Omega Roofing, LLC before signing.

Step 5: Choose a date, and we can discuss shingle, gutter, siding, and/or paint colors.

Step 6: Deposit 1st insurance check into personal checking account (may require endorsement by mortgage company). Then write us a personal or bank check in the amount of the 1st insurance check.

Step 7: After work is completed, Alpha & Omega Roofing, LLC will send all paperwork necessary to your adjuster for them then release the held depreciation money (exclusions apply).

Step 8: Send us a personal or bank check in the amount of your 2nd insurance check.

Step 9: Enjoy your beautiful new roof, siding, gutters, painting, etc! It’s as easy as that!
